What information we collect
Contact details
Name, company, professional email, phone number and the message you choose to send us.
Project information
The assessed role, participant count, selected methodology, optional services and the resulting indicative estimate.
Technical information
Session and security data needed to deliver the website, plus optional local preferences only when you allow them.
The homepage contact form sends your details and message to office@globaltest.ro through our server when you submit it. If sending fails, the form keeps your text so you can try again.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request, discuss the right assessment approach and take steps requested before a possible contract.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service.
- To meet accounting, tax, legal or regulatory duties when they apply.
- To remember optional preferences or activate analytics and marketing technologies only on the basis of your consent.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use a project enquiry to enrol you automatically in marketing communications.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage the resulting relationship, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable retention duties. We periodically review the need for the data and delete or anonymise it when those purposes no longer apply.
