Marius founded Global Test Consultants in 2013 after a career in commercial strategy and business development. He designs and coordinates Assessment and Development Centres, executive selection, internal promotion and organisational change. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SNSPA. He is certified by A&DC UK and in Profiles International testing and assessment methodologies.
Partner
Adrian combines expertise in business intelligence and data analytics with experience in developing assessment solutions. He is a Partner and CTO at View BI, a co-founder of Individual Assessment Group and a partner at Profiles International. His work focuses on turning complex data into useful insights for organisational decisions. He is certified in Profiles International testing and assessment methodologies.
Senior Consultant & Project Coordinator
Dan specialises in HR consulting, coaching and the design of Assessment and Development Centres. He is a psychologist with a PhD in Psychology from the University of Hamburg and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SNSPA. An associate professor at SNSPA, he teaches strategic HR management and organisational topics. He is a EuCF certified Professional Coach and is certified in Profiles International testing and assessment methodologies.

Rudolf has been advising organisations on talent and leadership since 1998, with experience in executive search, board-level recruitment and management consulting across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and energy. He also supports executives through leadership and career coaching, with a focus on communication, strategic thinking and professional development. Rudolf is certified in Profiles International testing and assessment methodologies.

Radu brings over 15 years of experience in management, consulting and HR, including eight years as an HR Manager. He has led recruitment, performance management and employee development initiatives. At Global Test Consultants, he works as an assessor in Assessment Centre projects. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, has trained in creative leadership and project management, and is certified in Profiles International testing and assessment methodologies.

He designs practical, interactive learning experiences that participants can apply immediately.
